Briefly describe what happened. Where available, include the app version, operating system, time and displayed support reference. Only send information needed for your request.
For a purchase issue, the platform, purchased offer, approximate purchase time and displayed order or support reference help. The card and, where applicable, shard benefit confirmed before payment remains binding after delayed parental approval or a daily shop change. Do not send passwords, login codes, session tokens or complete bank or payment-card details. If we need a receipt, we will explain which details are necessary and which you can redact.
If a purchase status is uncertain, check its delivery status instead of starting the same purchase again merely because of the uncertainty. Support can investigate assignment and delivery. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For purchases billed by Apple, you can request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If the purchase is missing or you cannot submit a request there, contact Apple Support. Refunds and withdrawals are handled under the applicable legal and contractual rules for that contract.
Our terms of use explain how long we provide security updates and how we announce a discontinuation of the game. Legally required security updates and your rights relating to defects remain unaffected.
You may request account deletion by email without having the app installed. State the game and, if available, your support reference. See “Delete account and data” for details.

Terms of use for Do Not Invade My Yard, Man!
These terms apply to the game and to in-app purchases. Purchases through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; Apple processes the payment.
Playing
The game is free and can be played without an account. A game account is optional and secures your progress and purchased cards.
Purchased cards
A purchase gives you a license to use the card shown before purchase and any shards shown with it in your game account. Real money never buys random content; gold cannot be bought. Purchased content is tied to your game account, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
Game rules
To keep the game balanced, we may adjust game rules and card values. A purchased card stays in your game account.
Account deletion
If you delete your game account, the license ends and its content is deleted. Undelivered purchases and open refund claims are handled separately.
Security updates and discontinuation
We fix known security vulnerabilities for as long as the game is offered in the App Store. We announce a planned discontinuation of the game on our website at least 30 days in advance.
Age rating
In Germany, the game is rated 12 and over under the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV). Reasons: battles with cartoon fantasy violence. Risk: in-app purchases for real money.
Your rights
Your statutory rights remain unaffected, in particular valid refund, defect and update claims. To request a refund for a purchase billed by Apple, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Our support team can help with questions.
